Rebranding Without Alienating Brand Loyalists

Flames of the Forest, a successful Bangalore based jewellery company approached us to enhance their brand value.  The product had been in the market for several years and needed a facelift.  The challenge was to develop a new identity, while remaining sensitive to and not alienating existing brand loyalists.

 

To understand the client and the company a little more robustly, we took a deep dive into a 2-day brand development workshop.  Based on our understanding of the client’s vision and emotional connect to the existing brand message, Zeitgeist retained the same principles, but executed a cleaner, fresher and more balanced look to align with an increasingly contemporary Indian market.
